BMSG Start a project
What does a typical engagement cost?
Pricing is fixed-fee, scoped to your specific bottleneck. We document the scope and price in one document — the Blueprint — before any code is written. We share representative ranges during the first conversation so you can decide whether to keep going. Larger or multi-system builds are priced separately.
How long does it take to build an AI agent?
Typical builds run 4-8 weeks from kickoff to handoff. Two-week sprints, working software at the end of each sprint. You see real progress every Friday — not a status deck six months in.
Do you work with companies outside Louisiana?
Yes. We're based in Baton Rouge but deliver project work across the United States. Most engagements run remote-first with selective on-site visits during discovery and handoff.
Is my data secure?
For regulated industries we deploy on-premise or in your private cloud. Your matter files, patient charts, customer data, and financial records never train a public AI model. We're HIPAA-aware, SOC 2-aware, and FINRA-aware depending on your industry. The technical architecture is documented and audit-ready.
What industries do you work with?
Two main tracks. Blue-collar trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general contractors, movers, roofing, landscaping, pest control. Professional services: legal, healthcare, dental, financial advisory, accounting, insurance brokers. The vocabulary differs; the discipline doesn't.
Who owns the AI agent we build?
You do. After handoff, the system runs on your infrastructure or ours (your choice). The code and data are yours. You can take ongoing support from us at a flat monthly rate, or hand it to an internal team and call us only when you want a new feature.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes — optional. Most clients keep a flat-fee retainer for monitoring, model updates, and small feature additions. The retainer is genuinely optional; you're not locked in if your team can run the system themselves.
How do I get started?
Two paths. (1) Fill out the intake form — takes 5 minutes, gives us enough context for the first conversation to be useful. (2) Book a 30-minute consult directly on the calendar. Either way, the first conversation is free.

Got a question we didn't answer?

Send it. If it's a good one, we'll add it to this page (anonymously) so the next person can find it too.
